ANCESTOR BANQUET

We envision a world where every person has direct access to their ancestral wisdom, trusts their intuitive gifts, and carries only what serves their highest good.

Ancestor Banquet is a healing methodology
and ceremonial practice I developed through
direct guidance from my ancestors.

It emerged organically—through listening, observing, and responding to the ways my ancestors asked to be supported in clearing what they were carrying: inherited burdens, unresolved experiences, and energetic residue passed through lineage.

Ancestor Banquet is many things at once:
a methodology,
a ritual practice,
a ceremonial feast,
and a celebration.

It is both serious healing work and genuine joy. It creates a shared “playground” where ancestors and living descendants can meet—together, voluntarily—to do deep healing in ways that are surprisingly gentle, creative, and even fun.

The banquet itself is a gathering.

Participants listen inwardly and consult their ancestors about what foods they would like to receive. Everyone arrives potluck-style, bringing a dish prepared in relationship with their lineage. During the ceremony, a plate is offered to the ancestors.

This offering is an invitation—not a demand. Ancestors who are ready to release what they’ve been carrying may step forward, receive nourishment, and participate in the exchange. Ancestors who are not ready are not forced to engage, and they are not permitted to interfere.

This exchange is central: the ancestors are fed, and in return, they are given a supported opportunity to let go—creating movement not only for themselves, but for the living descendants connected to them.

The banquet becomes a simultaneous celebration in both realms: we eat together on Earth while our ancestors feast on the spirit plate. The food itself often tastes extraordinary—infused with presence, intention, and spirit.

We engage in guided somatic practices
designed to support physical and
energetic release in the body

These may include chanting, writing, repetitive or rhythmic movement, breath, or other embodied actions. Fire is always a required element of the ceremony—it serves as a catalyst for transformation, release, and integration.

The fu
ll Ancestor Banquet experience lasts approximately three hours. The effects can be subtle or immediate. Sometimes the shifts aren’t fully understood in the moment; other times the changes become unmistakably clear in the days and weeks that follow. Either way, meaningful movement occurs—across lineage, body, and spirit.

In time, I intend to formally teach and transmit this work: training others in the Ancestor Banquet healing modality, teaching people how to facilitate communal banquets, and how to engage in private, one-on-one ancestral work using these practices.

Ancestor Banquet is,

ultimately, an act of devotion.

—to those who came before us, to those who will come after, and to the possibility of lighter, freer lives across generations.
